Refund Policy

GymBooks is a subscription software service operated by Apex Signature Solutions, LLC.

Subscription Charges

GymBooks subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing period shown during checkout.

Except where required by applicable law or otherwise approved, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

How to Request a Refund

Purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, so refunds for those purchases must be processed through Paddle. To make a request, visit paddle.net or contact us through the GymBooks Contact page and we will direct the request to Paddle.

Paddle may grant refunds in accordance with its applicable buyer and refund policies.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through available billing controls.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

You will generally retain access through the paid-through date.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already paid.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced another billing error, contact GymBooks promptly through the Contact page.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges may be refunded as appropriate.

Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and additional-location charges are presented for confirmation before they are submitted.

Any applicable price adjustment or effective date will be displayed during the change process.

Failed Payments

A failed payment does not itself create a refund.

GymBooks may provide an opportunity to update payment details or retry payment while the subscription remains subject to the provider's billing process.

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle may appear on receipts or billing records, handles customer service inquiries, and processes approved refunds. See the Paddle Refund Policy for additional detail.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Where applicable law requires a refund or cancellation right, that law will control.
